Step 1: View Our Parent Handbook Below
At Bright Beginnings, we've worked hard to set the stage for a positive and collaborative environment of learning for the youngest members of our community! Before joining our waitlist, we recommend reading through our parent handbook to better understand our center's policies, procedures and culture to make sure we're the right fit for you and your family.
Step 2: Sign Your Child(ren) Up via our Bright Wheel Platform
Bright Beginnings uses a platform called Bright Wheel to manage our day to day operations, communications with parents, billing and more!
If you've decided Bright Beginnings is the right childcare home for your child(ren), click the link below to fill out a short form for each child you wish to enroll.
Upon clicking the link, you'll be directed to create a Bright Wheel account. This is free to you, the parent, and will set us up for success as we move forward together.
You'll then be asked to click "yes" to agree to move to the form section.
Once you've clicked "yes," the form will immediately populate on your screen.
*You will need to fill out a new form for each child you wish to enroll in Bright Beginnings.
Step 3: Payment and Forms
Once you've filled out the Bright Wheel form, our team will be notified. Once we've confirmed that there is an open spot in the age group you desire we'll immediately send you a follow up via the Bright Wheel platform.
The communication will contain your parent contract and fee agreement.
To secure your spot on the waitlist, we'll ask that you return the following:

Deposit (via the link you will be provided.)
*As we get closer to opening day we will provide parents with all the required forms that should be filled out per KDHE via the Bright Wheel platform.
What Next?
After completing the initial Bright Wheel form, you will receive notification regarding the availability of a spot in your desired age range for your child. If no spot is currently open, you will be added to a waitlist and informed as soon as a spot becomes available.
Spots will be secured on a first come first served basis.
*Families with more than one child will receive priority to ensure that all their children can attend the same center.
**Our anticipated center completion date is April 1, 2024. Our hope is to be approved and ready for care by the end of April. However, we have set a conservative open date of June 3, 2024 to allow for any time delays we may have in the final approval process.
